ABOUT US

We are a small operation out of South Yorkshire, UK, specialising in the rework and customisation of vintage clothing. We draw inspiration from our childhood with a strong focus on sustainability to bring you unique and fun pieces.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the UK is tracked second class mail and takes around 48hrs after posting
International postage is tracked and take 5-10 days, depending on location, after posting. Please note, international orders may be subject to VAT and import charges NOT included in the shipping cost. Please check your countries import charges for more information.
We aim to post orders within 5-7 business days of purchase.
Packages returned due to non collection will be subject to additional postage fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We don't offer returns on our items, due to the nature of them being one of a kind. If there is a fault with the product, that can be dealt with on a case by case basis, please email info@katyandbones.co.uk if there's a problem with your order.
